For BCR, partnership means "total opening", that is, no a priori
and no beforehand conditions. Thus, business relationships could
start with a trading operation, develop into processing and
end with a partial or total assignment of an activity or site.

BCR
wishes to enter into partnership for the following 5 projects
:

Project n°1 :
affiliation of the cutlery activity as part of an
association with a foreign partner, in order to support
innovation in forms and styles, and trade a second
work post on the international market.

Project
n°2 : opening of the Tap Systems
trade to foreign partnership to widen the range of
products ( industrial taps, thermostatic, time-lag,
special, with photoelectric cells controls), develop
other sanitary collections and set new modes of shaping
(plastic injection)..
- Project
n°3 : in association with a foreign
partner, BCR wishes to enrich its range of fasteners
by the introduction of the self-tapping screw and
the threaded rod type B7, and increase its manufacturing
capacities for DIN 912 screws ( hexagon socket head
cap screw) to meet the demand of the local market.

Project
n°4 : creation, in association
with a foreign partner, of a company for the manufacture
of tools, to meet BCR's own needs in the three trades
and cover the local market which is essentially fed
by imports.
- Project
n°5 :
creation, in association with a foreign partner, of
a semi-public company for the manufacture of rigid
packing, deluxe and standard, for stainless steel
silver-plated or 18/10 quality class activities, to
meet the needs of the local market and export a part
of the production.
